“Friends Meeting Friends,” An Annual Celebration of Our School Community!
We’re delighted to invite you to an evening of celebration and community at this year’s Friends Meeting Friends Gathering & Auction. This special night will include honoring the generosity of alumni grandparents and former board member John and Doris Rudibaugh while looking ahead to the bright future we are building together.
Friends Meeting Friends is an opportunity for our community to gather and celebrate. It will feature a tribute to our supporters, live music, a light meal with an open bar, and both a live and silent auction. All proceeds from the evening will support Campus Refresh, our multi‑phase capital improvement project designed to refresh our campus and enhance spaces for learning and collaboration.

Sponsorship Opportunities are Still Available!
We are pleased to introduce our 2026 combined sponsorship program, offering a unified opportunity to support two of West Chester Friends School’s premier events. For the first time, businesses and individuals can sponsor both Friends Meeting Friends and Secret Gardens of West Chester through a single, streamlined commitment. It’s a wonderful way for small businesses, community partners, and families to show their support while gaining meaningful recognition throughout the WCFS community.
We would be delighted to partner with you. If you have any questions about sponsorships, please contact Lee Ann Sullivan or Kim Walters.
