Financially Accessible for Families
West Chester Friends School has a strong commitment to providing flexible tuition, and the socioeconomically diverse student body this practice creates. We believe that a learning community comprised of students from a range of backgrounds is enriched and strengthened, and is an ideal setting for all. In 2022-2023, over half of WCFS students received flexible tuition totaling over $1 million. Providing a WCFS education that is accessible to families of all income levels is in keeping with and guided by our Mission and our Vision. West Chester Friends School abides by the National Association of Independent Schools Principles of Good Practice.
Tuition for the 2026-2027 School Year
Pre-Kindergarten through Fifth Grade: $27,460
The Friends Play School:
Five Full Days- $18,645 Five Mornings- $11,775
Three Full Days- $12,375 Three Mornings- $8,045
Two Full Days- $8,620 Two Mornings– $5,525
West Chester Friends School uses School and Student Services (SSS) by NAIS to process Flexible Tuition applications. Applications to SSS by NAIS are accepted beginning early October, and all year for the next school year. Prospective families must apply to the school (no fee) to have their financial data reviewed for tuition determination. Payment plans are available.
